Upward continuous casting (UPCAST® Continuous Casting) is a particularly high-quality process for producing oxygen-free copper of the highest purity. It is characterised by low energy consumption and minimal material losses.

Electric motor

The high-tech product wire is coated with a high number of individual insulation layers of polyamide-imide enamel (PAI). This enamel is applied with the highest precision using internally developed tools and cured under improved conditions.

High Performance Busbars

The electrical energy is transferred between the battery or fuel cell and the electric motor by rigid busbars. These are inserted into the underbody structure to save space.
